सर अगर कोई इंडिविजुअल /फर्म बैंकरप्ट डिक्लेअर हो जाता है तो क्या वही क्रेडिटर्स जिनकी लिस्ट माननीय कोर्ट को दी गयी है इंसोल्वेन्ट पर 420, 138 NIA का केस कर सकते हैँ या जो पहले से चल रहे हैँ वो चलते रहेंगे या ख़तम हो जायेंगे
