if i apply on e dakhil and not follow up with the complaint afterward

I have contacted this skin care company for return, after reading their return policy, my case is eligible for return. I want to apply a complaint on e dakhil and inform then, and after that if they are ready for a return then it id okay but i do not want to go to court for this. i just want to know if i file a complaint on e dakhil and not follow up the procedure afterwards what will be the consequence.

You can approach to an advocate he will send a legal notice on that company and ask for return...if u don't want to file acase in court then approach to an advocate and take a help of advocate and send him a legal notice to that company and ask for return ..
