iam clear my loan amount. but bank staf not giving my praporty papers.

hii sir/medam. iam sai suresh daarla. we mortgaged our house documents and took a loan from a bank. we asked them to pay the remaining us our papers. they said they will arrive in 15 days . but still did not come. moreover , if we go and ask, they dont answer. iam begging you sir plz help me. aim so poor

hi if the bank is not handing over the property documents then you could send legal notice to the bank for giving back documents and that you could issue file consumer complaint against them for negligence
