hi if the loan recovery agents are trying to continously harassing you for the recovery of loan amounts then you could file writ petition in court seeking direction to not to harass you for the loan amount

Default in EMI payments, though serious, does not entitle lenders or recovery agents to harass you or your family. Any coercive calls, threats, or intimidation are illegal and actionable. You should take immediate, structured steps: 1. Communicate in writing with the lender explaining your genuine financial hardship and seek restructuring, moratorium, or settlement (OTS). 2. Continue paying whatever minimum amount you can to show bona fides. 3. Record and preserve all harassment calls/messages. If harassment continues: - Lodge a complaint with the RBI Ombudsman / concerned authority against unfair recovery practices, and - Approach the police if there is intimidation or mental harassment. Recovery must follow due process. They cannot threaten, abuse, or disturb your family. At the same time, do not ignore the liability—proactively negotiate and regularize the account to avoid escalation such as legal proceedings or credit damage. A firm but lawful response combined with negotiation is the correct strategy.
