I was in a relationship and my gf helped me financially

Hello, my gf helped me when we were in relationship and i was unable to return the money to her, and recently i tried to return but unable to do so in some specific dates and was able to return 50k and 90k is pending. Her brother and i agreed that i will pay on 10th may, but now he is threatening me with some violent action and police case if not returned in 24 hours. I have already said that i will return the rest on 10th may but this is happeining now. Can you please tell me what can happen.
Keep records of all communication (texts, chats, call logs).
If possible, send a written message/email confirming you’ve already paid ₹50,000 and committed to pay the balance ₹90,000 on 10th May (as agreed).
If the threats continue, you can lodge a police complaint for harassment or criminal intimidation.

You can file a criminal complaint against the brother under section 506 ipc and whatever you return please note that you do take receiving for the same because I’m sure it will land you in trouble even after complete payment to the brother sister
