I took a staff loan in 2016. But I didn't repay it. Now I have a hearing on 10 march. In notice it is written if I do not apear on court then the case will as ex parte. I do not have money to repay the loan. Please advise what can I do.

Hello The best way for you is to reach a settlement with the bank wherein you can ask for certain time or can reduce the amount of instalment if the loan. But most importantly, I suggest you appear with your lawyer on 10th March. Thankyou.
