If a person is continuously abusing women in filthy language, creating public nuisance, and issuing threats, you should not ignore the conduct. Immediately submit a written complaint before the jurisdictional Police Station detailing: • Specific abusive words used • Date, time and place of incidents • Names of witnesses • Nature of threats/intimidation If possible, preserve audio/video recordings or WhatsApp evidence. Such conduct may attract offences relating to criminal intimidation, intentional insult, outraging modesty of women, and public nuisance under applicable law. If the police fail to act, you may escalate the matter before higher police authorities or approach the jurisdictional Magistrate seeking appropriate directions. Do not engage in counter-abuse or physical confrontation. Proceed strictly through legal process and documentary evidence.
