I taught some students but did not get paid. How to recover money ?

Hello Sir/Madam, I was working at Accenture Mumbai as a software engineer. I needed some extra money because I could not cope up with my salary. As I am good in science and maths I decided to teach Tution. A Tution provider by the name Balaji Tutions asked me to teach to a student and he told me that he will pay me Rs 5000. But he has not paid me anything. Whenever I call him he never declines my claim but he asks me the bank details and never deposits. I have 2 audio recordings of phone conversation where he admits that he needs to pay me 5000. Its almost going to be an year in March. I talked to parents of student they told me that he took 60000 from them and he just used me and also did not pay me even 5000. Please tell me a solution for this. The parents told that he even did not payed to the maths teacher. I am afraid that he does like this to people like us who are in need of money and does not pays to the teachers but takes handsome amount from parents.
