I paid on magazine for award show now may month still no response

How i will get my money back from that magazine people still they are telling show is there like that I paid one and half lakh rupees for that award show I want the confirmation whether the show is there or no if not I want my money back
Approach to advocates and send a legal notice to the magazine people and ask for show date and if not ask them to return your amount with interest and other charges , if they not respond then u can approach court and get ur amount back with interest and other charges….. approach us we will help u
