I have signed as Guarantor for Home loan to my friend. Later on I came to know.. My documents were misused and instead of Home loan, loan taken from chit fund and that too in name of another person whom I don't even know. Now both persons (friend and unknow person who took loan and kept me as guarantor) both are missing. And now chit fund people are bothering me for repayment of loan for which I have never given my consent. This was fraudulent

Well, if what you have stated has happened with you, then, you can lodge a Police Complaint under Sec 420 of the IPC, 1860 with immediate effect against your friends for committing fraud with you with an intent to cheat and make you fall in the trap of loan.
