I have recieved an arbitration notice for a personal loan default . Of which foreclosure amount is 290000.. i was given a settlement amount but the bank was not ready to negotiate and also didn't give me an option to pay in EMIs as my credit score is hurt badly .i have been sending mails...asking them to provide a resolution but they're harassing me with arbitration notices to be held in another city..which i didnt attend

For arbitration, I need to go through your laon agreement clause. further if u hav received the arbitration notice then attend the hearing through an advocate and request for OTS arbitrator will arbitrate the dispute and will be settled. but ensure due to OTS ur credit score should be restored. contact for further assistance.
