I have received legal notices for loan recovery

I have received legal notice for recovery of loan under section 25 settlement which I have informed them for settlement still they sent me notices, As I have suffered a huge loss when my truck got derailed near gujrat was without insurance

Section 25 of the settlement act is equivalent to the dishonouring of the cheque. they can file a complaint against you, so either you comply with the legal notice or make settlement. If they are not willing to make any compromise and you don't have the payment, then you can fight the case in court and try to take the help of court for reaching to a settlement
