I have lost the gold chain and ring in the train, complaint given

My Gold is stolen in train, while i was travelling before 2 years and i was tracking once a month usually today the constable from the station called me and asked to close the case, kindly suggest me what to do.

Do not agree to close the case without knowing the reason. Ask the Investigating Officer whether a final report has been filed and obtain a copy. If you are not satisfied with the closure report, you may file a protest petition before the jurisdictional Magistrate. Consult a local advocate with your case documents for appropriate legal advice.
