I have given some money to a friend's private limited company and was getting regular interest for about 18 months. Now, he has stopped paying for the last 6 months and keeps on extending the date on some pretext or the other.I had entered into an agreement with his company and also have a signed cheque with me.What should I do?

hi if there is an agreement entered between you and him we need to see the contents of the notice and the terms and conditions in it and you could file suit for recovery of money or deposit the cheque and proceed legally if the cheque is returned
