I have given 3lakh money to a friend and he is not returning

I have given 3lakh to a friend through online UPI payment and i didn't take any blank check or any agreement from him and now he is not returning my money and he is not available to contact. Is there any way to recover my money back

Try giving a cyber complaint saying you were duped into parting with your money. If you know his address, you can get a legal notice issued also. If he doesn’t respond or reply, you’ll have to file a civil case to recover the same.
