I HAVE GIVEN 06 LAKHS OF RUPEES TO SOMEONE FOR SOME SPECIFIC WORK BUT WORK NOT DONE BY HIM , NOW HE IS NOT RETURNING MY MONEY .

if you have sufficient proof about the money transaction and you have any written agriment about the specific work then its easy to file the 420 ipc case against him if you have not anything in written then you can file the case but its admission not so easy
