I have file the against vlcc Institute

I'm the one of the student in Institute in they are using student as there models experiments , and poor classes etc, so filled case in court for refund and compensation the final judgement also came within 45 days the Institute people should pay, but it's passed 40 days now still there is no response from them can you please guide me what is the next procedure can do to take refund and compensation..
You will have to wait for the completition of 45 days, even after 45 days if they don't refund the money, you have to go for execution of the court order. The execution of the order will be done by the same court which has passed the order in your favour, if they don't pay you can ask the court to attach the properties of the institute.
