I have appointed a lawyer through Laurati in the month of August-2020 but the lawyer has not taken any action yet.

lawyer is no one to take any action. He has to file the case in the court .. u didn’t mention what did u hire him for ? And have u paid his fee ?? Secondly, courts are going via vc n it is taking time ..plz b in touch

Change your lawyer. Plus you can report him go bar. But first of all change your lawyer. Contact your lawyer again if he is still not taking steps then you can complaint against him at a police station also
