I had paid a donation of 30 lakhs to my wife pg seat on 2021 through online transfer from my account for securing pg seat as advance.But now my wife filed 498/A case on me and she is harasimg without showing my son. At first we spoke to college people for Radiology seat and without any intomation they changed the seat to Anestesia.While my wife filed 498 case i informed college people to hold my 30 lakhs as she didnt joined college yet.So i had raised a complaint in lokadalath but there is no response from college or my wife parents. I like to file a case on college people and my wife for justice and returning my 30 lakhs.

hi if your wife had not joined the college and if the college is not ready to refund the fees then you could file cse against them gor recovery of fees and also you could contest the 498A case by filing quash petition
