I had given surety signature for my friend to chitfund company. As my friend didn't made payment chitfund company filed a case and sent us salary attachment. 1/3 of my salary is deducted. I can't bare such huge amount as i already have loans to repay.can i file any case against chitfund company

hi first need to see the order passed by the court ordering attachment of salary and whether any notice is issued to you before passing the order then you could file an appeal against such order passed by the chitfund company
