I give some amount to friend on interest

Actually the case is i give some money on interest to my friend who requested me so the condition is for 2 months he promised to return but from 5 months he just give some interest and few rupees returned but from 3 months he did not return any money or interest now the problem is i talk to him many times but he just gives some false assurance and time to return over the period now the time is over and he did not return my money and false allegations on me that i take the money from him.
