I gave money to friend he is failed deadline so many times

Lent friend ₹1.5L — his WhatsApp admits the debt. I sent abusive/threatening messages (sell organs/gold, insults like lanjakodaka). He also sent abusive message after my insult or lanjakodaka. If I file a civil suit for money, he can file an FIR or criminal case for those messages?, it been months since I sent those messages because of frustration as he failed so many times to give money and he never took action. Recently he messaged in good tone. How to recover my money without extra nuisance?

You have a valid remedy. Since he admitted the debt in WhatsApp, you can issue a legal notice and file a civil money recovery suit. Avoid further abusive communication as it may expose you to IPC 504/506 risk. Focus only on legal action for recovery.

First u send him a message in watsup where r u given ur amount 1.5 lakhs and wait for his message hope he will send acceptance message that he will return u after 10 days , so we have proof and he will send a legal notice and ask fir your amount with interest and if he not returning then we will go court and collect our amount
