I gave 20 lakhs to my friends proprietor ship firm. He returned 7 Lakh

What should I do to get back balance amount. I paid in his firm multiple times in 2 years. He returned partially on two occasions long back. For last one year he has not returned and not giving a proper reply

You may issue him a legal notice for recovery. If he does not give any satisfactory reply after receipt of notice, then you may can go to court against him. ..... Thanks and Regards
