I availed a housing loan from KIFS Housing Finance on 25th Aug'22. We agreed upon a loan amount of RS. 2080900/-, a tenure of 146 months, and an interest rate of 9.50% as per the original documents that I signed during the loan sanction process and also paid Rs. 44000/- administrative charges. In April'23, I received misleading documents from KIFS Housing Finance, which presented a repayment schedule for a tenure of 240 months with 12.5% interest rate. Signatures were forged on sanction letter.

if bank cheated you then you can file the FIR against the bank in the some section like 420 406 in Indian Panel Code. After filling the FIR police investigate the matter and take the legal action against the bank for more details plz contact me thanks
