I asked for SBI Credit card settlement

Sir/madam, From 2018 to till June 2024 Iam using SBI credit card with in time payments. From July 2024 iam unable to pay payments due financial crises.i have received legal notices of SBI credit card and given reply with advice of advocate. today one mail received from one SBI credit cards lawyer saying that attend video conferencing call so and so date. Only normal mail with login details of meeting My Question is I have to attend or can I give reply mail with advice of advocate.

You attend the video conferencing and speak to them for settlement....I hope u got mail from an arbitration lawyer ....he will ask you to do the payment and mention that he wants to settle the card ...if he is unable to settle your issue contact us we will help in settle your issue
