I am gurnator of home loan . How, I can safe guard myself from home loan as a gurantor ..

Hai I will assist you with respect to the issue that you have raised when the borrower failed to pay the loan, the guarantor is obliged to pay the loan amount which is legal. however, you can recover the amount from barrower for more details fix an appointment with me through LawRato
