I am Borrower And i am not able to clear the debt of the xx person

I gave gim 5 cheques as security and a affidavit nMy Total Loan Amount Was 2.5 Lakhs ( August 2022) nNow he is demanding 4.8 lakhs ( feb 2023) nHe already bounced 1 cheque last month in January to threaten me nWhat should i do and what will be the consequences and how should i settle in less or genuine amount if he files a case nI got 2.5 lakh in my bank account So he cannot claim more.Please give me advice and what will be conquences after case

can you please state that how was the said amount disbursed i.e in cash or in your account? further to suggest is that you should keep call recording about all the talks and kindly explain him in clear language that you have submitted affidavit and 5 cheques as security.
