I am a central govt employee. Can I file bankruptcy or insolvency?

I am under unsecured debt around 30 lac. My financial position does not allow to clear or pay dues. recovery agents are harassing both at home and office. they are misbehaving to my senior officers. office warned me to take action against me it this continue. I am under mental stress. please tell me what to do? can I file bankruptcy case and what its affect on my job.

Do not worry there are guidelines and also judgements of Supreme Court and RBI against such recovery agents. U can file FIR against them,record their phone calls. Regarding unsecured debt let me know in detail so I could help u.Contqct me for any help.
