husband took loan on my name..

my husband took loan on my name and promise to pay EMI now we are getting divorced..what should i do?

Well, if the Husband had fraudulently took your consent to take loan on your name by promising that he would pay EMIs' and now, when you are separating from him, he denied to pay EMUs, then you can file a Criminal Breach of Trust in him for seeking Jail Punishment and you have to file a Civil Suit to recover EMIs from him for the loan taken by him in your name.
