How to recover money from a person without having any paper documents

My dad had lent 3 lacs Rs to afriend of his some 5 yrs back and keeps on ignoring my dad calls now. However he do not have any written proof of money lent but some of his conversation over calls with that man has been recorded. How do my dad get his money back. What legal action can be taken?

Dear Client,
Proving your case before court of law is very difficult and no evidences are there to place on record.

Best method would be to take help of police to recover the said amount. You can file complaint before police based upon the said recording.

As per law of limitation you can claim for recovery of the loan amount within 3 years of the transaction. This limitation period gets restart from the date of acceptance of the debt. Kindly provide me with more detail of his acceptance of loan amount. Kindly book a consultancy call for more detailed advice.
