how to recover money for property sold by father who later died

my father sold his property without getting his full payment. now he gone . how can i get the full payment from that 3rd party

If there is any sale deed or a sale contract between third party and your father then you can file a suit for recovery before the appropriate court. You will need to show proof that the amounts are owed to your father. Feel free to get in touch if we could be of any further assistance to you.

If you are having any record to show that the third party is liable to pay the balance amount to your father, then as his legal heir, you and other legal heirs of your father can claim the amount provided the sale is done within 3 year.
