How to recover amount fixed in a contract

05-May-2023 (In Recovery Law)

My father is a rubber planter in kerala. We have given a certain contractor our rubber plantation to tap rubber for a period of 3 years for a certain amount of money. They have paid us some amount and still owe us some. They withdrew from the contract on the 3rd year and are refusing to pay off the remaining amount that they owe us for the 2 years they tapped rubber. Could you please advise me as to how I can proceed to ensure we get our money back? Constant phone calls from our side has not been of any use.
