How to recover 33k from a fraud

One person borrowed 33k from me, he used to take my kid to school by his car. Now he is not returning the money nor sending the car. I have already filed a FIR against him, what else i can do on this to recover. Thanks, P.Roy

Sir, You have to first send a demand notice to him to recover your money immediately. You can also request the police officers to nab the person and recover your car. Regards, Yashashwi
