I give money to my Friend without any Agreement, but he is not returning to me, But he ready to write an agreement

Dear Questionnaire on your averment I advice you to forthwith make an agreement with your friend with respect to money credit that will help you in criminal or civil case if your friend will fail to release your money, otherwise you will face difficulty to file case with substantive prove.
