How to get refund for fees from educational institution?

I took admission in JEE institute in delhi but due to some reason I am unable to attend even a single class I already paid 25000 in advance but now when I want refund from them they said that this is non refundable fees, but this wasn't told us during admission....kindly guide me what I do now.

If they are not listening to you then you can send them a legal notice and in that notice you can write either refund my money back along with compensation or face legal action. And if want to go legal then you can always forward a written complaint to the police station of your area. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

During the time of admission at the institute did you sign any document ?….if you have signed any document which says that the said fee is not refundable in any circumstances then you cannot take the refund …so if you have the fee receipt or any agreement or contract or whatever papers have you sign plz share . Thanks

Hi In the present case, you can ask for a refund of the fees since the same was not intimated to you when you had taken admission for your JEE admission preparations. For that you need to 1st intimate or request the concerned authorities/officials of the institute that you have taken admission in. If they do not cooperate, you can take a legal action in form of sending a legal notice for your issue. Thank you.
