How to file caveat in DM Court

can anyone let me know who can i file caveat against bank as I received 13/8 sarferasi possession notice yeterday. so they might go for possession. As i want to buy more time to pay my dues. as i want to avoid DRT. so just meanwhile i want to file caveat so that I get an update about the bank on time.

Yes...you can always file a caveat petition before the court if you are under the fear that any legal suit or proceedings are going to be filed against you. But first of all it's advisable for you to draft a reply to the notice that you received yesterday. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

you won't be able to buy more time by filing a caveat. To get more time there is another process by which you can buy more time. and if you don't follow this procedure your house property will be attached and auctioned as soon as possible. for further information meet me
