How To Claim for Money Deposit in Kisan Vikas Patra for my dead wife?

I purchased Kisan Vikas Patra in name of my daughter and nominated my wife for the same. 6 year back my wife went to her parents where accidently she died. Now as I had some difference with my inlalws and they refused to handover the death certificate of my wife to me so that I can claim for money deposited in Pst office let me adivice what to do to get back my money without death certificate

You can send a legal notice to the organization stating your demands and concerns. If they donot comply with the terms of the notice then you can file a recovery suit in the court of civil jurisdiction. You can also file a RTI seeking the status of your money and why they are not giving your money.

Please tell me about kisan Vikas patra , is it with you or your in laws .. if it is with you you can contact a lawyers he will get your work done through succession and court will summon the certificate from concerned department
