As in Delhi the court fees for suit of amount of Rs 50 lakh is approx 52000/- .....

Dear Sir,

You Suit will be valued at 50 lakh or suit for specific performance of contract however, your court fees depends in which state you are since, it is a state subject. Further, your each prayer will be valued separately and court fees on the same also has to be paid accordingly.
