how can we recover our salary pending with employer for last 2 months?

my Employer has not paid my salary since last 2 months. they are NRI and they live in US. they are no where to be traceable. the landlord is also asking for the rent. me and my colleagues have there salary due for 2 months. how can we recover my salary? what option do i have?

Is your employer an individual or a company? If it's a company then don't they have a branch or a liaison office in India? How did they remit your salary before these two months? Have you written emails to them? Is it a company registered in India? Is it an individual? If yes, then you can file a criminal complaint against him or a suit for recovery of money. I am sorry but you have given very little information.
