I sell goods on credit 138000 someone on 20/06/2017... Purchaseman of company always tell sir cheque pe properitor ke sign nhi hai pr cheque bna hua hai...i wanna take legal action to recover the payment..this is possible without cheques ?
have you raised any invoice or credit note against the supply of goods you have made to the person/company. if yes then you can file a suit for recovery against the person. You need to send him a legal notice asking him to pay the amount failing which you will initiate civil suit against the person.
Yes, send them the legal notice asking for payment of dues. If the people don't agree , register the case of 420 against the company representatives and file a civil suit against recovery of money. I am assuming you have all the written proofs of transaction.
