How can I recover my money back from my brother

I have cheated from my brother. I have send 20 lacks money to my brother through banks and also from china country and now he don't want return money and also he is not dividing property kindly suggest to get money back and also property need to divide
You need to serve your brother a legal notice for payment of Rs, 20 lakhs. If he fails to pay, then you need to file an Original Suit in jurisdictional Civil Court for recovery of money with interest and costs.
