who is threatening you and your family ??

nobody can throw you out of your hoe for not paying your loans

you will have to go to court after sending legal notice to the lender !

send the legal notice through an Advocate to the lender that you need time to repay your loans !

once you send the legal notice then file court case for protection and injunction against being thrown out of your home !

Court will grant you stay order and protection so as you and your family does not loses your home !

hope this helps !

We are not clear whether you have obtained loan from some bank or a private person. However, no person is allowed to disposses you from your house without following due process of law. Thus, if somebody is threatening you that you will be thrown out of the house, without due process of law (means by taking legal steps), you can take help of police yourself. If the police does not help, you may file appropriate proceedings in the court of law.
