Home loan settlement cann I settled it or not please let me know

As my father passed away in 2018 from that time I am paying the home loan but this time I am not able to give the emi as loan account holder is My father and my mother is nominee I want to settle my home loan is this possible as we have already paid the interest to bank but now remaining principal amount is pending so what should I do please let me know

dear client, you are the legal here of your father you have the right to settle the home loan taken by your father in which your mother is a nominee. you need to talk to the bank officers. For further legal assistance feel free to contact me
