I want to know the exact process sarfeasi act , 13 2 reply, stay n all expenses releated..can we get relief

Yes, we can get relief. It is essential at this point if you recently received the 13(2) notice, to make a representation and send it to the bank and accordingly file a Securitization Application in DRT.
