Home loan issue cheque bounce and builder fraud

I have took a home loan on 2019 but I did not got the property as my builder is a fraud now I am getting calls and complaint has been filled against me from the bank, but I will not be able to pay the loan as I never got the property. The builder sold the property to one more person.

sir, You have multiple options first I need to see the documents which have been executed between you and the developer. RERA tribunal is the place to go against the shortcomings of the builder. consumer case can also be an option, but everything depends on your documents. Regards, Yashashwi
