Home loan - Bank Manager indulging in Malpractices - Please advise

My BM & agent involved changed the financial understandings I was promised during initial phase at 11th hour of disbursement & I had no choice but pay a amount to get moving inc non-mandatory items like home insurance etc. BM is not ready to send even 1 mail of acknowledgement or share documents on these charges after repeated attempts. now BM sent a legal mail to developer asking to hand over home due to EMI non-payment while I have paid every single EMi so far. Please help

If EMIs are paid, bank cannot claim default. Last-minute charges without consent are unfair practice. Escalate to bank grievance cell, RBI Ombudsman, and issue legal notice seeking documents, refund, and withdrawal of false claim.

you can serve them a legal notice for this if they are not giving you any acknowledgement for this, if still they don't give you explanation or directly file for FIR as this is a criminal offence to cheat the bank customer like this and ask the bank to remove the bank manager from this position or just simply write an email first explaining everything and start an internal investigation against the person.
