HinI am a small size business owner currently I don't have my GST number and I sell goods on cash basis. A buyer had took away the goods and said will do payment in 30 days. But now its been more than a year he is not giving my money. I had various chats, voice and video recordings which shows he is liable to pay me the amount of around one lakh. But if I give him warning of legal proceeding then he says do whatever you want nothing is pending from my side and I had already paid you money. He is enjoying with my money. Let me know what I can do to get my money back

Well, you can lodge a Criminal Case under Sec 420 of the IPC, 1860 against that Buyer who cheated you by not paying you the money after receiving supply of goods from your end. In case, if FIR won't get lodged, We have to file a Private Criminal Complaint.
