HiI gave an amount of Rs 3 Lac, to a mutual friend of mine for the placement in his company. It's been nearly 1 year neither he has placed in the company nor returned my amount back. He's not responding to my calls and messages properly. What is the process to get the money??nnKindly suggest please.

hi what was the mode of payment made to the person was there any agreement or note executed before giving money if yes then you could file suit for recovery of money from that person by filing it in court
