Hi, I had lent 10 lacs via online mode (txn details available from bank app) 8 months ago for a person's mother's surgery bills. The person promised to return it in 1 month on whatsapp messages. Since then, the person is saying next week, next month and few more days on whatsapp but not taking calls or meeting me in person and giving dates but not paying. Person is saying personal problems for not returning even a single rupee, cheques bounced twice. Have valid cheque now but person told hold.
