Help Resolve Credit Card & Loan Dues

09-Jul-2023 (In Recovery Law)
Hello, I had credit cards and a bank loan when I started working, everything was going fine, I was making payments on time but then due to some issues I lost my job and to pay the installments I started transferring funds from one card to another and eventually couldn't pay the amount because I had no job. I could hardly manage to pay just the interest when I had arrangement of funds but dues had reached that level where no matter what, I needed to pay the amount so that collection agents don't visit my home and call me because there was so much torcher I and my family had gone through. I could hardly get the settlement done for 1 of the cards but still have 3 cards and 1 loan to pay off. I am not in a position to pay off entire amount because I have already paid a lot and can't arrange another whole amounts. How can I get all of those amounts settled and pay them monthly. Need help Thanks

In this pandemic scenario everyone is facing financial crunches due to job loss and other reason and banks are also aware of the same. The best we can do in your matter is to send a legal notice and try to get the settlement with the bank. For any further legal assistance please feel free to contact

Thanks
